Prices and market quotes

Prices are calculated from current gold and silver quotes and update automatically. When you order, the price is locked and remains valid until the stated payment deadline.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer. Orders are dispatched once funds clear. Orders not paid by the deadline are cancelled.

Shipping and collection

Shipments are tracked and insured for the full value of the goods. Alternatively you can collect in person by appointment.

VAT

Investment gold is VAT exempt. Silver prices are shown including VAT.

Right of withdrawal

Under art. 59(b) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations outside the seller's control.

Customer identification

In line with anti-money-laundering rules we may ask for an identity document before dispatching your order.
